Heart of Tantra Yoga Immersion

Not just a training

An undoing. A remembering. A return.

This is a 4-week non-residential Immersion in Arambol, Goa. A journey into the heart of Yoga, Tantra, and Ayurveda—not as philosophy, but as living wisdom, uniquely woven into the fabric of your life.

This is a space where you don’t just learn—you unravel, you feel, you soften, and you remember.
A space to build a personal, evolving daily practice, rooted in lineage and shaped by your own rhythm.
A space to reconnect with your body, your breath, and the voice of your heart.
