Throughout these four weeks, you’ll be guided through a sacred process of self-inquiry and embodied healing, gently returning to the heart of your being. Every part of you is welcome here—seen, understood, and accepted in your wholeness.

08:00 – Shatkarma, Asana, Pranayama, Meditation

Accommodation is not included, but Ana can assist in arranging beautiful, nearby options.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place.
Cancellations made up to 30 days before the immersion will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total course fee.
Cancellations made within 10 days of the immersion start date, or at any time during the immersion, are non-refundable.
If a participant chooses to leave early or is asked to leave due to non-compliance, no refunds will be given.
In cases of unexpected emergencies or health issues, refunds or partial credits may be considered at the discretion of the facilitators, but are not guaranteed.
